I am 6 months pregnant with my first and I wanna know how to make the baby to fall asleep inside of my womb? Sometimes “the baby in me” likes to keep me up all night long.

I know exactly how you feel. It seems like someone is playing basketball in your midsection. Actually, this insomnia is definitely good preparation for the sleepless nights you’ll encounter as a new parent. Try these following tips to help you get your beauty sleep:

  1. Light exercises will not only help you improve your strength and prepare your muscles for labor, but will also allow you to sleep better
  2. Avoid caffeine
  3. Consume less sugar
  4. Use aromatherapy, try chamomile or jasmine. Its smell is thought to relieve depression and to encourage relaxation
  5. Music therapy with light classical music
  6. Read a book before you go to bed
  7. No clock – watching, please!

I hope you have a good night.
